OPERATIONS CONSULTANT

RSEP 004/1015/5

Following its expansion process, Leanked intends to strengthen its team by recruiting an Operations Consultant (M/F).

Function:

Implementation of operational improvement projects in Lean Management, Kaizen and engineering and operational management environments.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Operations Management.
  • Eligible for Professional Internship through IEFP (Institute of Employment and Professional Training).
  • Professional experience in continuous improvement projects within Lean Management and Kaizen environments is highly valued.
  • Fluency in English and preferably proficiency in another foreign language.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data treatment tools.
  • Strong ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Driver’s license and availability for travel.

  • Hybrid system.

SENIOR OPERATIONS CONSULTANT

RSCS 001/0115/5

Following its expansion process, Leanked intends to strengthen its team by recruiting a Senior Operations Consultant (M/F).

Function:

Lead teams and operational improvement projects in Lean Management, Kaizen and engineering and operational management environments.

Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or Operations Management.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in continuous improvement projects within Lean Management and Kaizen environments with demonstrated results.
  • Fluency in English and preferably proficiency in another foreign language.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in statistical analysis and data treatment tools.
  • Experience in evaluating ERP tools.
  • Strong ability to identify and solve problems.
  • Sense of responsibility and strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Driver’s license and availability for national and international travel.
  • Preferably residing in the Northern region of Portugal.

  • Hybrid system.
